Welcome to Body and Sol

Body & Sol, one of the founding wellness spas in Mexico, opened in 1994 in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. The first menu of services offered yoga on the beach, aromatherapy facials and therapeutic massage, setting the standards for the art of massage and wellness in Puerto Vallarta. Since that time the wellness spa concept has grown and became mainstream in Mexico. Body & Sol added two licensed acupuncturists to their team to address deeper medical issues, as well as individual instructors who take personal training to a higher level.

Body and Sol founders Ana Rios, Mexican and Krystal Frost, USA, continue to lead in conceptual design in spas, personal wellness programs and culturally rich journeys throughout Mexico. Their original commitment to provide professional services in an enticing and secure atmosphere flavored with essential Mexico has kept Boby & Sol in the forefront of wellness discovery.

Born in California, Krystal Frost L. Ac. CYT, LMT, is a longtime resident of Puerto Vallarta and graduate of the University of Guadalajara with a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, going on to specialize in Cosmetic Acupuncture at Bastyr University in Washington State. Krystal offers acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, facial rejuvenation, massage therapy, spa treatments, hatha yoga and nutritional counseling.

Ana Rios L. Ac., massage therapist, is a native of Puerto Vallarta. Ana is a graduate of the University of Guadalajara with a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and biomagnetic therapy. Ana offers massage therapy, facials, spa treatments and acupuncture.
